Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr, sponsored model and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, is an athlete who competes. Following her decision to quit gymnastics She began competing in fitness competitions when she was a teenager. After a year, she was awarded her Professional Card aged 17. Ariel Khadr has been a paid athlete of IFBB Fitness Pro and is modeling. She began competing in fitness events after deciding to end the gymnastics she had been doing in her youth. She was awarded her Professional Card just one year later when she was 17. So becoming the youngest IFBB Pro of all time. Ariel had a break of six years from performing after earning her pro card to pursue her education. After completing her college education, Ariel returned in 2015. She picked up where she had left off in the previous events, such as those of the Toronto Pro Supershow and Mr. Olympia. She competed for a number of years after her debut, establishing higher targets for herself every year. At the end 2009 she was the winner of four additional fitness titles. This included the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion. She became the most youthful IFBB Fitness Pro in history (aged 17). When she earned her Pro Card, Ariel took a six-year break from competitive sports to complete her degree at college. Her return came in October 2015 with her IFBB Fitness Pro Debut at the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games. In the end, she finished 3rd at the show. In the summer of 2016 saw her named the overall winner at the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow, and thus qualified to be a part of the Fitness Olympia. The stage was hers Olympia stage after three months, taking sixth place within the Fitness Division. Ariel stated that she'd never had expectations before and was very proud of the result. Ariel had to compete against some of the most elite athletes. Ariel's physique is improving each year. Ariel is a fan of working her back. Her typical back workout consists of bent over rowing, single-arm lat pull-downs, on a machine pull-ups, and seated rows. Warming up is usually done prior to the training. Ariel is the most efficient use of her limited time. The supersetting of all exercises back into three or four 10-12 rep supersets is what she is doing.
